I have tried giving the new morning show some time, but to be honest from the very first day I have not really been able to enjoy it. It seems so forced, so unnatural, not real.

I am disappointed because it was marketed with such hype. My 15 year old was really excited and his discription of the show I will not share, as you can imagine what discriptive words a 15 year old boy would say.

Sorry, but it is the truth and I beleive in honest feedback.

Good thing I pick up the 2 Birmingham stations. But it is really disappointing because I am such a WAYFM fan and supporter.

I think your show is great. I also loved to hear Jack and Betsy so I'm glad they are still around.

I have a twelve year old son and he loves this radio station. Being a supporter, I love the message of Jesus and the music is a blessing. I also support you guys with prayers.

I still listen in the mornings, but it just isn't the same. I really miss Jack and Betsy. The new crew just don't have the same impact as our own local dj's. My teenagers won't listen in the am at all anymore. My daughter says it's no good without Jack.

WAY-FM has always strived to bring you the best in contemporary Christian music and air talent who challenge us to live out our lives in real and relevant ways. I HAVE TO HONEST WITH YOU TOM,MORNINGS WITH BRANT ISN'T WHAT I HAD EXPECTED. I DISLIKE THE PROGRAM ALTHOUGHT IT IS STILL CHRISTIAN RADIO. BRANT TO ME IS VERY EGOSTISTICAL, HE WANTS WHAT HE WANTS AND THE OTHERS ON THE SHOW HAVE VERY LITTLE TO SAY ABOUT THAT. WITH JACK & BETSY THEY SHARED THE FLOOR AND WORKED TOGETHER AS A WELL OILED TEAM. THEY NEVER CAME OFF AS BEING HIGHER THAN THOU ADDITUDE. BRANT ON THE OTHER HAND IS AND IN MY OPIOION HAS THE HIGHER THAN THOU ADDITUDE. FOR INSTANCE THIS SAT. 6:30 - 2:30PM I WORKED MY SHIFT AS I WORK MY SHIFT EVERY WEEKEND ANYWAY THEY WERE HAVEING A DISCUSSION ABOUT CUTE ANIMAL ATTACKS OR ADVICE FOR NIKKI'S FREIND THAT NEEDED WEDDING ADVICE. BRANT OVER POWERS THE CONVERSATION AND JUST TO SHOWS HIS DOMINION OVER THE SHOW. ANOTHER FOR INSTANCE IS THE I PHONE THING NIKKI & PABLO HAVE 16 GIG I PHONES BRANT HYPES HIMSELF UP BECAUSE HE HAS A 32 GIG I PHONE -- THE POINT IS POINT LESS THEY ALL HAVE I PHONES BUT BECAUSE BRANT HAS THE 32 GIG I PHONE H...

I'm new to the area and can say I have definitely been blessed by your show. I like some of the questions you pose for discussion. I think listening to your show in the morning helps me get started in the right direction - with God on my mind. My only criticism is that sometimes you can go a little far with the goofiness....to the point of say, an annoying 12 year old. But, I love you guys. God bless.

I never heard of Betsy and Jack, so I can't comment on their show; all I know is I really enjoy "Morning's with Brant". I love their wit and sense of humor, and find myself laughing out loud...a great way to start the day. I find Brant's advice very wise and Godly. I look forward to turning on my radio when I start the day, and listen to Praise 910 in PA.

I am currently attending some training for my job in Huntsville, AL where I discovered you are all serving as well. Great to here you on the air here. I am wondering if you have heard about the new Christian film that is due to be released on Sept 18th called "The Secrets of Jonathan Sperry"? It is a wonderful film that will appeal all age groups 8 to 80. In these turbulant times it is nice to see a godly film come to the theaters. You can see the trailer at www.sperrymovie.com . Our small fellowship in Columbia is sponsering the showing of this film in Columbia starting on the 18th of Sept. Your listeners need to start looking for this film in their areas. I have tried to give the new show a chance. I missed Jack and Betsy. I listen to the show in my way to work and so far in a 25 minute drive there are times there is no mention of any uplifting message, the word, positive christian feedback or any other that can differentiate this show from any other show in the radio out there except for the music. Is the mission of the station is to proclaim God and Jesuschrist there is very little or none in this show. By the way the show on Friday the 20 about the disco, dancing, moving," get down" and so on, had no essence and sent the wrong message to already confused teens. Hope your show takes another direction and start proclaiming what the station stands for.

I really enjoy the new morning show. I think it's a refreshing change from everything else out there and what you've had in the past (no offense to Jack and Betsy). I enjoy the thought provoking conversations and, I can't help it, Club Awesome. I find the show fun and uplifting. Best of all, my son enjoys the show with me. Thanks for making the change.

Hey there: I think at times there is good stuff happening on the morning show but sometimes it is lame and awkward silence and moments of trying to find the next funny thing to say that doesn't end up funny. Not enough listener involvement as the other shows either, people like to be involved.

Sorry I only have a few minutes as I just got to work. But I listened to your discussion this morning about cursing and I wanted to say you are right, it is a matter of the heart. And your statement about shielding your young kids who are pure in heart from this language is right on target. I wanted to throw some Bible verses your way that talks about controlling you words. But as you said God has not convicted you on this yet so I hope you do your own study of His word. We should not look down on people who curse but we do need to point them in this direction - guard your heart and the heart of those around you, learn to control your language. Be holy because he is holy. Bottom line, think about God looking down on his kids and saying, I wish they would not use those words....I wish my pure at heart kids would not hear those words. I wish they could express themselves without using those words. Like when you hit your finger with a hammer you don't say **??///" but "...

Also, about cursing, the Bible is very clear about taking the Lord's name in vain, it's starting to sound like Wayfm doesn't have much in the way of Christian standards. You can't please everyone and still please Christ. Even young people who listen want to hear the truth, not a watered-down version. There is such a thing as speaking the truth in love, having the love but still having the truth. I really think that someone could go away from your program thinking it's possible that cursing is okay with God. Since you all are in a position of a ministry authority, remember that you will be judged more harshly because of how you lead other people.

I love Contemporary Christian music these days. Much better than in the 90s, talent, and quality of production. But it would be nice to hear more of other artists in the Christian music world. I love the top 40, but when I travel through larger cities, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, I hear other artists I've never heard before that are so good!

I love the morning show with Brandt, Nikki, and Pablo! I can't listen to any other morning show now. My son also listens and I feel so blessed that we have a station that addresses real life issues in a biblical way. You all are doing such a great job!!! You guys were talking about how someone who is constantly objectified and insulted as being UN-CHRISTIAN when they complain about it, or feel miserable because of all the people--whom they have done nothing to, come out of nowhere and insult them? That's being un-Christian? Really?? So, what you basically said that it's okay to insult total strangers and still consider yourself a Christian. Okay, I get it now. I'm going to start treating rude and demeaning people the way they treat others because of their appearance; because you said that If I just let it happen to me and others it's okay in God's eyes.

It really is true: we know not what we say or do.

Hi all. I'm a big fan of Wayfm - keep up the good work. I heard Brant's"letter"
on poverty in America and the argument that we shouldn't focus giving on other countries when there's so much need here and I LOVED it! I would LOVE a copy of what he wrote so I could hear it/read it again. How can I get this?
