Benefit concert
Halogen, a contemporary a cappella Christian Band, is performing a benefit concert this Saturday, November 21 at Trinity United Methodist on Airport Rd at 7:00 p.m. Proceeds go to benefit the Miller family - their 20-month old daughter recently underwent surgery to remove a grapefruit -sized tumor and her right kidney. We'd really appreciate if you could let folks know to come out - there's no charge for admission, and donations are purely voluntary.

Sprouting Scientists
An experienced preschool educator will present a hands-on activity, story and music that is focused around a selected scientific theme. Children will learn science concepts and ideas and receive take-home sheets to encourage their learning at home.
Sprouting Scientists will be held every Tuesday and is for toddlers ages 2-3 and a parent or caregiver; and preschoolers ages 4-5. Pre-registration is required for this program.

Out of the Darkness Walk

Annual Holiday Concert
The Heritage Ringers of Huntsville will present its annual holiday concert Monday, December 7 ath 7:00 pm in the sanctuary of Trinity United Methodist Church, 607 Airport Road

Decatur's Christmas Tour of Homes
Two historic districts in Decatur, Alabama join together to present a holiday tour of homes complete with luminaries, greenery, and thousands of lights. Residences in the Albany and Old Decatur Historic Districts are not normally open for public viewing except when a select number of homes open their doors during the annual Christmas Tour of Homes. Always the second Saturday in December, this year's event is scheduled for December 12 from 3 to 8 p.m.
Carriage rides offered beginning at 4 p.m. at the Carnegie Visual Arts Center or at Delano Park near the tennis courts. Cost is $10 per person.

The Living Christmas Tree
This year's Living Christmas Tree will rejoice in the birth of Christ through an array of traditional and contemporary musical selections. Standing 39 feet tall, the tree weighs 6,000 pounds, is dressed with more than 7,500 pieces of greenery and features 13,500 sparkling lights. Not only is the Living Christmas Tree a wondrous site to see, but the music its members boast captivates the listener and brings the spirit of Christmas alive.
Evening performance will be Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:30. Matinees will be Saturday at 4:30 p.m. and Sunday at 5 p.m.
